Entry 11 - Mental Health
Mental health isn’t just about avoiding illness — it’s about how we think, feel, and navigate daily life. Just like physical health, our mental well-being affects everything: relationships, work, decision-making, and how we handle stress.
Yet for many, mental health still feels like a taboo topic. We’re often taught to “tough it out” or keep our feelings to ourselves. But ignoring mental health can lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, and a host of other issues.
It’s time to change that, because taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.
Join me, as the next series of blog posts will talk about different aspects of mental health, and we talk about some real hard topics, with some extra research (yay!)
